                to the stink badgers.



skort    Skorts are trouser skirts that provide women with more freedom for sports and gardening,

            My mother's favorite summer attire begins with skorts in all colors and patterns.


skin    The summer sun can be brutal on our skin without sun tan lotion.

            Without sun tan lotion, the summer sun can be brutal on our skin.


skids    The jeep's tire skids made an abstract pattern on the street.

            The taxi skidded to a stop and the passenger almost fell into the driver's seat.


skimp    The new seafood restaurant doesn't skimp on the shrimps in the shrimp cocktails

                To skimp on something doesn't make you cheap it makes you frugal.


skeptic    The student was the only skeptic during the science teacher's lecture about UFO's.

                To be a skeptic is to reserve judgement.

skirmish    The football players were so aggressive that the game looked like a skirmish on the field.

                The two powers have fought three major wars and have skirmished continually.


sketch    
                I like to sketch the flowers in the park every Sunday.\

                The art students sketch with charcoal every Wednesday in their figure drawing class.


skylark    The skylarks' melodious songs were heard as they flew above us.

                She was skylarking on the make-believe cat walk and fell off the blank.



skillfully- The designer skillfully aligned the silk fabrics by color from pastel to black and white.


skeleton - The human skeleton is composed of 206 bones. 


skateboarding- The skateboarding park is open for aficionados of all ages. Some devotees have been enjoying the park since they were in elementary school. 


sketchiness- The copious amount of trash on the streets made the neighborhood's sketchiness a reality.
