Phrenology- The study of brain shape and reading...The beginning of this study was designed in 1796

by Physician Franz Joseph Gall. Gall conceived of the brain not as a single organ but as a mosaic of specialized parts that each governed a particular mental or emotional function. Phrenology was popular in the 1800's.

A Simile is a literary device that compares two things in an interesting and vivid way. Words such as "like" and "as' are used to compare two ideas. 1.
